She also has a special interest in working with people experiencing sleep concerns, as well as women contending with major life transitions. She loves learning and continues to pursue training in these areas to best support her clients. She also brings her own experiences with grief and loss, relationships, parenting, and life transitions to her understanding of and passion for these issues.
Anna’s Approach
Anna believes therapy is built on trust, safety, and mutual respect, so she brings her real self to her relationships with clients. She has a very calm and authentic presence that allows those around her to feel safe to be vulnerable. She also has a great sense of humour. Anna sees each individual she works with as a unique person with their own story, their own strengths, and their own needs. She tailors her approach to the individual and is trained in many methods to allow her to do so. We are so excited to have her as a member of the MP team!
