Registered Social Worker (they/them)

Get to Know Paige

I believe healing is a journey—shaped by the many paths life can take and undertaken with bravery, at a pace that feels right for you. I will meet you where you are, holding the belief that there’s no single way forward. Each person’s story is unique, and meaningful change begins by uncovering what feels true and resonant to you. I approach therapy with curiosity, compassion, and respect, creating an affirming and grounding space for growth.

My hope is to walk alongside you as you navigate life transitions, identity exploration, parenting stress, relationship dynamics, traumatic experiences, anxiety, low mood, behavioural concerns, and addiction-related concerns. Together, we’ll draw on your unique strengths, experiences, and skills to empower you in moving toward your preferred future—one that feels aligned, meaningful, and sustainable. As a queer, neurodiverse therapist and social worker (MSW, RSW), I have a particular interest in supporting LGBTQ2IA+ and neurodivergent folks, and in holding space for all parts of your story to be seen, heard, and valued.

I’ve spent over a decade supporting individuals and families through healing, growth, and change. My approach integrates practical tools with depth-oriented work, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed parts work, narrative therapy, mindfulness, Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and family therapy. Grounded by my connection to nature, I will bring a calm, steady presence to our work together—helping you cultivate resilience, clarity, and connection within yourself and in your relationships.

About Paige’s Practice

What is your training?

I have a Master of Social Work, with a clinical specialization. I am trained in CBT, DBT, ART and family therapy. I have additional training in mindfulness based stress reduction, as well as trauma and attachment modalities.

I work with children, youth and families, as well as adult individuals across the lifespan.
I work with clients from neurodiverse and LGBTQIA communities
My areas of speciality include:

  • family conflict
  • parenting
  • neurodiversity
  • school challenges and avoidance
  • attachment concerns
  • acute and complex trauma
  • anxiety
  • depression
  • identity exploration, including LGBTQIA+
  • life transitions
  • perinatal concerns
  • sleep
  • stress and burnout
  • self esteem, perfectionism, people pleasing
  • men’s mental health
  • grief and loss
  • Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
  • behavioural concerns
  • substance use concerns
I often draw on metaphors of journeying and paths because there isn’t only one way forward. It is the multitudes that are beautiful and finding what is meaningful to you that can be healing. This is reflective of my own life in the trajectory of my career, as a parent and with my own self identity. It is an honour to join with others in this discovery, across any of those realms.
